Waste? Not for us. We have found a way to extract all the hidden potential from grapevine shoots with the goal of creating value-added products that not only generate profit but also help combat the low plastic circularity rate under a circular economy model.

Building a community is part of our purpose. Sustainability is much more than just an “Eco-Friendly” product. Our processes should benefit the environment and the people we place at the center.

It makes us happy to start by driving development in our region (Maule), but this is just the beginning. We know that opportunities exist because the earth is the starting point for everything we know.

We consider Artificial Intelligence as essential for disruptive changes. In simple terms, we conduct laboratory experiments with different mixtures and percentages to obtain thermal, mechanical, and rheological behavior. Then, the data obtained is fed into our “Deep Learning” algorithms to model the behavior of the clamshell, resulting in thousands of possibilities depending on the “how much” and “how” we mix the components. It’s like baking a cake, but with a computer.

And what about nanotechnology? It turns this “recipe” into a super recipe, providing properties that delay fruit ripening and inhibiting the proliferation of microorganisms, preventing losses due to cross-contamination during transportation.
